VCA Board of Directors
The general duties and responsibilities of the VCA Board are to establish the operating policies, procedures and philosophies as well as the annual goals for the VCA. This includes screening, recruiting, selecting and evaluating VCA staff and Board members, fundraising, and monitoring and evaluating organizational and financial performance and effectiveness. VCA board members represent the organization in the community.
