Jen Henry

Jen hosts workshops for companies to strengthen communication skills. She teaches individuals to speak in a healthy and uplifting way so that all members of the team feel heard and understood.
Jen dedicated the majority of her professional life to Aflac Insurance, where she excelled as a corporate trainer and leader. Renowned as "the greatest trainer in the whole wide world," she frequently graced various stages with this esteemed title. Throughout her extensive tenure at Aflac, Jen gained invaluable insights, discovering that at their core, people share a common desire to be acknowledged, comprehended, and appreciated. This profound understanding shaped her approach and fueled her commitment to help others create meaningful connections with individuals.
With the intention of guiding and coaching like-minded individuals on their path of continuous development, Jen founded Business on Purpose. Her primary objective is to empower others through teaching and provide them with the necessary tools for growth. By sharing her knowledge and expertise, Jen aims to inspire individuals to embrace their potential and make meaningful strides towards their personal and professional goals.
When Jen isn't engaged in speaking or teaching about communication, she rejuvenates herself by actively participating in competitive tennis. Additionally, she cherishes moments spent with her loved ones at their lake house in New Hampshire, enjoying the serene environment. Although originally from Napa, California, Jen takes delight in indulging in a glass of wine, particularly on a boat while admiring the sunset.
